DIY Baby Scarf

by - 11:30:00

I'm slightly obsessed with baby bandana bibs and scarves. Such a cute boy accessory in a world filled of adorable girls clothes.  It clasps together at the back with velcro so that it easily removes (however don't allow your baby to wear this unsupervised).
My bub loves to suck on them, especially now that he's teething - Happy 6th months baby.
Here's what you'll need; fabric, a sewing machine, thread, scissors and velcro.

Choose some breathable fabric.

Cut your fabric into large strips (approx 28" x 12"). Fold in half and sew along the long side. Turn inside-out.

Cut the velcro into 2" strips and be sure to round out the corners (so as to not scratch the baby).

Turn the raw ends inside and fold the outside corners to meet in the middle, pin and sew. Sew each piece of velcro on either end of the fabric and Voila!
