Personalized Father's Day Gifts for the Beach Lover

by - 15:05:00

My family and I are planning to spend more time at the beach this summer. My husband loves our local beach and we're even thinking about renting a cottage for the whole summer which is why I knew a father's day gift centered around the beach would be the perfect fit. He's a great dad and deserves a little pampering here and there. As part of the Modern Handmade Home Series, myself and the other 3 bloggers partnered with Personalization Mall to select some Gifts for our Husbands and Dads. Here are my 5 Personalized Father's Day Gifts for the Beach Lover:

1. Embroidered Beach Towels
We are planning to spend more time at the beach this summer so I tried to tailor these personalized father's day gifts for the beach. Like these great personalized towels. I had them embroidered with "The Legend" and "The Legacy". Their great quality and size are perfect for those long days in the sun.

2. Embroidered Cooler
This collapsible party cooler is the perfect container to keep your drinks cool while at the beach, cottage or golf course. Have it embroidered with your Dad's name or just a cute saying. It is sure to make any Dad smile plus it comes with beer bottle opener.

3. Monogrammed Bath Robe
Nothing feels like luxury like a plush terry cloth bath robe.  This has always been on my husband's list but it has always been a nice-to-have rather than a need. I can't wait to see the look on his face when he open's it.

4. Personalized Magnets
My husband loves magnets (for some reason), I'm more of a "clean fridge" gal but alas it's Father's Day and I want to make him happy. I figure if I have to have magnets on my fridge I might as well make them cute so I personalized them with beach photos from our last vacation.

5. "Nuts about Grandpa" jars
Every year I ask my dad what he would like for Father's Day (or his birthday) and he often says nothing or "I just want my kids to be happy" (which just makes me want to get him a gift even more). The older I get the more I realize gifts don't need to be extravagant they just need to be thoughtful. My dad (and father-in-law) love nuts so when I saw these "nuts about grand-pa" jars I knew they would make the perfect gift for the kids to give to their grandpas.

I've put together a fun video showcasing these items if you'd like to see them up close.

Also, be sure to check out the other bloggers in the Modern Handmade Home series to see what they got the father-figures in their lives; Thalita from The Learner Observer, Lindi from Love, Create, Celebrate and Colleen from Lemon Thistle.

Happy Father's Day to my dad and my husband. It is wonderful to have such great men in our lives to set the example for the little men in our lives.
