DIY Front Door Christmas Decor

by - 08:18:00

So I've been a bit MIA lately on the blog, for two reasons (i) Christmas and (ii) Basement renovations (which we're trying to complete before Christmas because we're hosting Christmas and people can't sleep on the floor). Don't worry I will be posting all the details of my basement reno in the new year but back to this DIY project. I created my DIY Christmas Door Decor and DIY Christmas Wreath very inexpensively with dollar store items, old Christmas decor and a few real trimmings.

I spray painted everything white and then spray a them with a bit of fake snow and sparkles.

Then I glued and tied some oasis to a dollar store wreath. I'm no florist but this seemed to work.

I created this bow by looping my ribbon and gluing it in between.

Then I glued it/pinned it to my oasis.

Then I stuck some of the fake spray painted flowers and real trimmings into the oasis.

I got this great garland from the dollar store (note, there are a few layers below).

Strung some lights and that's it.

Merry Christmas from these two hunks.
