DIY LEGO® Brick inspired Party Pops

by - 12:26:00

Planning a LEGO® Brick inspired Birthday party? Check out this easy DIY LEGO® Brick inspired pop idea below. Rather than making those complicated cake pops, I've simply used marshmallows instead of cake. It creates the same look without all the trouble and the kiddies will still love them.

Here are the things you'll need:

Push a large and small marshmallow to the end of a candy stick.

Melt the chocolate wafers in a double-boiler over the stove. Stir frequently. Slowly add drops of food coloring stirring in between each drop (note, do not add too much too fast as the water in the food coloring makes the chocolate unusable). If the food coloring makes your chocolate a bit grainy simply add a bit of vegetable oil.

Coat each marshmallow stick and let dry.

Use melted dark chocolate to create the face and eyes. This was a bit difficult, if I were to do it again I would try to find a chocolate icing tube or something more agile.

Finish product! So cute and fun!
