This is part one of a three part DIY New Years Eve decor series - just in case you want to try something different than the typical cookie-cutter decor.
The first DIY is a cute idea to dress up those plastic party cups.

 Here are the things you will need:
 Simply adhere number stickers on the side of the cup.
 Spray them lightly in gold. I didn't spray them completely because I wanted it to look a bit subtle.
Let the spray paint dry and remove the stickers.
